The semi-finals and final of the Quinton Bowl will be held at East Bergholt Bowls Club on Sunday, 8th September, 2024, with a start time of 10 o’clock. Competitors please be there by 9.30 for checking woods, draw, trial ends, etc.
The Club are based at Gandish Road, East Bergholt, CO7 6TP, and there is a car park, and a nice walk across the playing field to the Club premises. Alternative parking has been arranged at EBUSC Social Club, in White Horse Road, East Bergholt ,CO7 6TR. Opposite this Car Park is a cul-de-sac called Notcutts, and there is a path to the Bowls Club next to No 22 Notcutts. The walk will be a lot less than from the main car park.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN NOTCUTTS - THE RESIDENTS WILL TAKE IT OUT ON THE BOWLS CLUB. THANK YOU. PLEASE DROP OFF PASSENGERS AT THE PATH IF YOU WISH, BUT THEN MOVE TO EBUSC CAR PARK.
I am sure people can park on Gandish Road and White Horse Road, it is a Sunday!
Bacon rolls will be available before the start, and a buffet for lunchtime.
The bar will be open.
