Mixed Triples League Champions - Borough Of Eye
Congratulations to Borough Of Eye's Mixed Triples League team, who have successfully retained the League Title! Their opponents, Norbridge BC, made the stronger start, racing into a 15 shot lead after just 5 ends. National Finals Games To Be Streamed Live
Bowls England have announced that there will be games streamed live on TV but it will be at a cost, although a comparatively small one if you can't, or don't want to, go to Leamington to watch it live. The cost is £9.99 for the 21 game package (about 48p per game) or 99p for individual games. With the package you can also watch the games on demand if you can’t watch live. NBF - Junior Pairs Winners!!
Talk about starting at a cracking pace - we arrived at Leamington at about 11.00 to find that Joe and Ryan had a 9.00am start and had already won their first round game against Jack Vine and Oli Collins from Somerset 15 - 13 with a final end winner. The next round had an 11.45am start and pitted Ryan and Joe against local favourites Lewis Gardner and Sam Shuttleworth. Suffolk County Ladies Top Team Final
On a warm Saturday afternoon the Top Team final took place at Marlborough Bowling Club/Ipswich Ladies Bowling Club between a team from Borough of Eye Bowls Club and a combined team from Felixstowe & Suffolk and Brantham Athletic Bowls Clubs. Mixed Over 60 Inter County Championship vs. Essex Match Report
Suffolk travelled to Braintree yesterday 14th July to play Essex in this National mixed competition. Having overcome Norfolk in the previous round, great expectations were circulating and Suffolk did not disappoint. After 5 ends Suffolk were 10 shots to the good. Hadleigh Cup Final Report
On a warm but breezy Saturday afternoon, FSBC & Brantham faced Lowestoft Railway in the 2026 Hadleigh Cup Final. After a highly competitive match, FSBC/Brantham emerged as deserving winners with a 66–33 victory. A big thank you to Hadleigh BC for their excellent hospitality, the buffet afterwards, and the fantastic preparation of the green.
